We process personal data of our users basically only if this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is generally only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception applies in such cases where a previous request for consent is not possible for reasons of fact and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.

4. Storage Duration and Deletion of Data

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest).
9. Newsletter
When you register for our newsletter, we process your E-Mail address for the purpose of sending our newsletter with information about our products, services and offers. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent).

10. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
We only transfer your personal data to third parties if:

In some cases, we use external service providers to process data in our order (order processors). These service providers were carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us. Appropriate contracts for data processing were concluded with all order processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.
